      New Horizons was seen by naked eye over Perth,
Western Australia; one person called a radio station
reporting a "comet" moving across the sky.  Apparently,
both the spacecraft and the third stage were seen, along
with exhaust from the third-stage motor that created
a "fog" about a degree across.

So far, I haven´t heard of any other observations,
but hopefully, some have been (or will be) made.
Unfortunately, Japan and several other areas
