Dear IMO News Subscribers,

We are having continuing problems with the IMO Website www.imo.net
lately, as you must already have noticed. Despite our efforts, we were
not yet able to solve them.

However, it is still possible to access the main IMO Website by using

http://charlie.luc.ac.be

Of course, you can also access the mirror Website at

www.amsmeteors.org/imo-mirror

Despite the accessability problems, we will continue to update the
site (and hence also the mirror site).

While the problems with "imo.net" persist, you should contact IMO
officers using their actual email addresses instead of the generic imo
addresses. Visual observations can be send to the Visual Commission
Director Rainer Arlt at rarlt@aip.de.

If you were trying to send 2001 Perseid data to Rainer, please cc them
to vkru@yahoo.com (Vladimir Kroumov). He is currently composing an
activity profile, which will be used for a first circular. We expect
to release this circular tomorrow via IMO-News and the Web site, so
rush your observations to him!
